His father consistently enrolled him in youth recreational organizations at a young age. He developed a passion for soccer, and with hard work, consistency, and discipline, he accomplished a lot throughout his soccer career. During his high school career, he played varsity soccer with American Heritage, J.P Taravella, and Cypress Bay High School where he lead the schools to State Championships during his four year high school career. Coach Campo then received full soccer college scholarships to Georgia Perimeter College (GPC) and Lindsey Wilson College; winning two National Soccer Championships at the collegiate level, and the 2005 National Player of the Year Award by the NSCAA with GPC. After his college career, Coach Campo played with Panama City Pirates and Palm Beach Pumas in the USL Premier Development League.
